About Us
History
My name is Caprice Warren the CEO of the Soul of Medicine Medical Training Center. The Soul of Medicine Training Center was established 2017. The training center was created to provide affordable, professional continuing healthcare education classes to individuals who are looking to begin their career in the healthcare field or expand their career with knowledge and skills to pursue their healthcare goals. All you need to bring is yourself and, a positive attitude, and simply be ready to learn and have fun.

CPR & First Aid Training
We are partnered with Heart to Heart, which is a CPR Organization that offers mobile CPR and first aid. At The Soul of Medicine Training Center, Heart to Heart conducts one on one and group training sessions to teach necessary first aid skills to individuals.

Healthcare Educational Classes
Initial Certified Medication Technician Class
$200.00
Training program to prepare individuals to administer prescribed medications to patients and maintain related medical records under immediate supervision.
Certified Medication Technician Renewal Class
$100.00
Renewal fee applies to MT licenses that are not expired. If an MT license is expired the fee is $200.00
Personal Caregiver/Private Companion Classes
$150 with CPR/$100 Without
Learn how to assist elderly clients with basic daily tasks as well as, provide them with companionship and help them engage in social activities and interactions. For all inquiries, please contact Michelle Allen-Perry at (410)-262-1960.
Certified Phlebotomy Technician
$750
This course is designed to provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic care services. Phlebotomists typically draw blood and collect other specimens such as urine, throat cultures, and stool cultures. They may also carry out other related clerical and routine lab tasks (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments waived) and enter results into the computer. This course series prepares students to sit for the national certification exam.
Certified Patient Care Technician

This course is designed to provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic care services. A patient care technician is a healthcare technician working under the supervision of a nurse, doctor, or other health professional to administer basic care to patients. This position involves interacting with patients face-to-face and aiding with daily tasks.. You must have current CNA license.
CPR (American Heart Association) BLS

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a procedure that supports and maintains breathing and circulation for an infant child- or adolescent who has stopped breathing and/or whose heart has stopped. Please contact Michelle Allen-Perry at (410) -262-1960 to register.
First Aid

Providing immediate assistance to any person suffering from either a minor or serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, and promote recovery.
Heart Saver CPR & First Aid

Refund Policy/Privacy Policy
All registration deposits for any class provided by The Soul of Medicine Training Center are non-refundable. If the class the that you are registered for is paid in full prior to the initial start date, you must provide a 48 hour notification in order to receive a refund. If you pay your deposit and have to cancel, your deposit can be transferred to a future class as long as you provide 48 hour notification. If 48 hour notice is not given prior to the scheduled class date, you can transfer your deposit to a future class , however your total balance will have to be paid in full before your initial class start date.
In the event of an emergency, please contact your instructor directly, and arrangements will be made on a case by case basis.
Our privacy policy is subject to change, all updates will be posted on this website.
